Anna Zappoli moved to the United States from Catania, Italy, in 1966 and paved her own way as an artist and writer. During the 1980’s in San Diego, California she studied art at Southwestern College and bronze casting at San Diego State University. Her works have been displayed in juried exhibitions, solo shows and award shows, and is collected in the United States and Italy. She currently resides in San Diego and continues to produce art in her home studio.
