Lauren Villa is a Mexican-American writer. Raised in Pinetop, Arizona she earned her Bachelor’s in Writing Seminars from Johns Hopkins University and her Masters from the University of California, Berkeley. Her work has appeared in Coffin Bell, Thoughtful Dog and Sky Island Journal. This is her first chapbook. She lives with her dog Chimichanga and is still trying to figure out how to use Twitter.
