About Anastasia DiFonzo
Anastasia DiFonzo (she/her) is a San Diego based poet with a cat named Klaus. She came to poetry because after years of silence, it was time to speak, and nothing can capture complexity and wholeness the way a poem can. In exploring the possibility of hope and healing through pain, DiFonzo aims to capture that wholeness.
Currently, her work can be found in Olney Magazine, Serotonin Poetry, Tempered Runes Press, and elsewhere. When she’s not writing, she can be found hugging her cat, drinking tea, and/or staring blankly into the abyss.
