POETRY TAKEOVER!

San Diego Poetry Annual takes over Encinitas Library, featuring:

An all-day Author Book Fair in the Community Room
11:30-1:30pm – Awaken the Poet Within adult workshop with lead poet Marit Anderson
1:00-2:00pm – Kids! San Diego Poetry Annual workshop for children (ages 6 to 12 years) provided by
poet and educator, Jen Laffler. All works are eligible for publication in the upcoming
KSDPA.
2:30-4:30pm – An open mic for poets of all ages to perform and celebrate poetry. You do not want to
miss award-winning teen poet, Otto Lana, perform their originals works!
