Bio:
Jessica Zimmermann is a queer poet raised in San Diego, CA. Her poetry explores themes of mental health, identity, and social justice, with hope intentionally woven throughout her sets. Her work appears in multiple anthologies, including Tidepools, San Diego Poetry Annual 2019/20, and Fuck Isolation: A Tribute to the Covid-19 Experience, and she has performed for Voices of Poetry, Girl. in Focus: A Poetry Night with Anastasia DiFonzo, and So Say We All – VAMP.
