Coraza De Aguila (Eagle Armor) is a proud San Diego Native raised in the heart of City Heights. She is a Spanish/English Bilingual mental health clinician, advocate and artist with varied creative mediums (including writing and piñata making). She is a first-generation college graduate, a proud daughter of immigrants and holds a Master of Clinical Social Work degree from San Diego State University (SDSU). She combines clinical interventions and art to support children, youth and families on their journey’s toward healing their minds, bodies and spirits in addition to reframing disempowered trauma based narratives of the self.

After the featured reading we will have an open mic.
