Conversations with Poets at Downtown Library! Watch to learn about the lives of San Diego’s most celebrated poets. These are 30-minute video interviews with questions ranging from writer’s craft to inspirations to performance and publishing.

Saturday, April 9 at 2 p.m. at Central Library: To celebrate National Poetry Month, the Friends of Central Library is hosting three of San Diego’s most notable poets who have published a book in 2021. Come join us for a diverse selection of readings, to be followed with a book signing and Q & A with the audience. Authors: Krysada Phounsiri – every passing minute; Joseph D. Milosch & Jim Hornsby Moreno – Poems That Speak to Us: Selected Poems of Steve Kowit.
