Shayna is a Michigan-raised poet who moved to California in 2019.  Her poetry explores themes of mental health, grief, identity exploration, and social justice. Her work appears in Still Here – Poets Underground Anthology Volume Two. She has performed for different shows across San Diego, including Voices of Poetry, Poets Underground, and Tell-It Slant.
